Terms and Conditions

All quotes are subject to availability. Initial quote and second draft are provided on a complimentary basis. Should a third re-quote be required, a plan-to-go deposit of 10% of projected trip cost will be requested and applied to the vacation cost. Should the travel quote then be declined in writing prior to the signed credit card authorization forms being received, 50% of the plan-to-go deposit will be refunded within 30 days from date of notification with the other 50% of the plan-to-go deposit being non-refundable.

We will exercise care in putting together your itinerary. It is important that all adult travellers included in your travel arrangements review your proposed itinerary carefully prior to accepting it and paying a deposit to ensure that it fully meets with your requirements.

Upon acceptance of the itinerary a non-refundable 20% deposit (as specified in credit card authorization form) must be received within 10 days to hold reservations (less the plan-to-go deposit if paid). Additional deposit requirements may apply to hold reservations at select accommodation providers and will be advised at time of booking. Full Payment must be received 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is due immediately. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cashier’s Checks for payments. All payments will be charged in local New Zealand and / or Australian currency unless otherwise stated.

Once the itinerary is confirmed, any subsequent changes requested by the client will incur an additional charge, over and above itinerary cost, of $500.00 for each change. If final travel documents have already been prepared, an additional charge, over and above itinerary cost, of $750.00 will be assessed.

If it is necessary to cancel any travel plans, a full refund (less non-refundable deposit), supplier assessed fees and credit card charge fees will be made, provided cancellation is at least 60 days prior to departure. Within 60 days we charge an additional administrative fee of $500.00 per person plus any fees assessed by the hotels or other suppliers. Within 15 days of departure the additional fee increases $600.00 per person plus any fees assessed by suppliers.

No refund on any arrangements will be given within 5 days prior to travel or once travel has commenced.
